As Senior VP, Commercial Sales at SmartRecruiters, Bob Memmer is in charge of scaling the company’s velocity-based sales machine worldwide – and enjoys building innovative, competitive, and successful teams that customers love. Before joining SmartRecruiters, Bob was Senior VP, Sales and Customer Success at Captora.
Before that he was Area Vice President of Sales at Salesforce, where he drove revenue strategy for the data.com platform. He joined Salesforce when it acquired Jigsaw, where he had delivered many years of triple-digit growth as Vice President of Sales.
While Bob grew up in Indiana, he considers himself a Boilermaker more than a Hoosier. When not working with the fantastic customers, partners and employees of Smart Recruiters, he is probably spending time with his family, golfing, boating, or downhill skiing
