Critical Conversations for Success in Health Care

Add to that the classic business challenges of business planning, marketing and community development, staff training and development, medical equipment planning, IT resource allocation and budget planning and you have a challenge that seems insurmountable without the buy-in of the people who can help you succeed the most.
