The Role of the HRBP in Change Management

Given the primary challenges HR faces when leading change, it’s not enough to establish a new method or approach and expect successful adoption without question. In order to achieve the desired objectives of any change initiative, change must be first and foremost a people process with HR leading the effort to secure buy-in and provide ongoing support.
